Sometimes it can feel like you are stuck in a never-ending cycle with no way out. Reaching out for help is not easy, but taking that first step can introduce you to new paths you may have yet to see before.

I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with extensive work experience in various fields. I look at the client’s situation through a wide lens and consider internal and external factors that might impact them. I strive to work with my clients to help them understand who they are and how they operate.

By taking a holistic approach to how you see yourself, you’ll be better able to understand your patterns and motivations and develop effective, pragmatic solutions. Knowing what you value, where you find purpose, and how you operate in the world helps ground you when you come up against the challenges life throws your way.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University in 2014 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University in 2022.
